1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legal agreement between you (“Client”) and Ashish Kumar, operating independently under the personal brand name “BuzzBull.” By requesting a quote, confirming a project, or making any payment, you accept these Terms. “BuzzBull” is a creative nickname only and not a registered company.

2. Services Provided

I provide freelance digital and creative services such as website design/development, SEO, social media marketing, ads management, and content creation. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in emails, proposals, or written agreements before work starts. I do not provide legal or financial advice and I cannot guarantee specific rankings, sales, or results.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to supply accurate information, timely feedback, required access (e.g., hosting, analytics), and approvals needed for the project. You warrant that all materials you provide (images, text, logos, etc.) are legally owned or licensed for use.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Project work: 50% deposit to begin, 50% on completion before final hand-over.
• Monthly/retainer work: Payment due within 7 days of invoice.

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly charge and can pause work until the balance is cleared. All fees are in Indian Rupees and exclude third-party costs such as ad spend or premium licenses.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all materials you supply. Final deliverables created by me become your property once full payment is received. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

I will keep all client information strictly confidential and use it only for the agreed project. This obligation does not cover information that is public, received lawfully from others, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Service Standards

I aim to reply to emails within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri). My normal working hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. Urgent support outside these hours can be arranged by prior agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital marketing and web services depend on third-party platforms and market conditions. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or issues caused by external services. My total liability will never exceed the total fees paid to me for the project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice (typically 30 days for ongoing work). All completed work to the date of termination must be paid for in full. Deposits and completed deliverables are non-refundable.

10. Data & Privacy

I collect and store only the data required to perform the agreed work. Reasonable security measures are used, and client data is not shared with third parties except as needed for service delivery (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms).

11. Force Majeure

Neither you nor I will be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or strikes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your and my home city/state (to be mutually agreed if needed).

13. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on my website and will apply to new projects or renewals.
